Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely approvals needed to complete work.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work remains the property of Slerps LLC until invoices are paid in full.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slerps LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific services at issue.
