This page explains how Slerps LLC handles invoices, payments, deposits, processing fees, and refunds.

Invoices

Invoices may reference customer-facing brands or projects operated by Slerps LLC. Payment receipts or statements may display “Slerps LLC”.

Deposits

Project deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits reserve project time and cover initial planning and setup.

Refunds

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on work performed and project status. Completed work and delivered services are not refundable.

Processing fees

Payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used. If a processing fee is listed on an invoice, it applies only to the payment methods described on that invoice.
